This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all subscriptions, billing agreements, and paid services acquired from Chatofy via our platform. By initiating any paid subscription plan, you formally consent to the conditions outlined below.

1. Evaluation via Free Trial

To ensure complete transparency, Chatofy provides a fully functional 7-day free trial. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly test our features, integration capabilities, and overall platform suitability during this risk-free window prior to committing to a paid subscription.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy on Paid Plans

Because our software is delivered digitally and is paired with a comprehensive free evaluation period, all subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once a purchase or renewal transaction is completed. This standard applies universally across all monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles.

Consequently, we are unable to process refund requests stemming from:

  • A change of mind or business pivot
  • Failure to utilize the platform (non-usage)
  • Accidental purchases or forgotten renewals
  • Unused subscription duration or leftover message credits
  • Requests to downgrade an active plan
  • Account cancellations executed post-payment

3. Resolving Billing Discrepancies

In the rare event of a technical billing error—such as an accidental double charge for the same billing cycle or being billed an incorrect amount—please reach out to our billing team at support@synbussolutions.com. Upon verification of a genuine processing error, we will promptly rectify the charge or reverse the duplicate transaction back to your original payment method.

4. Managing Your Cancellation

You maintain full control over your subscription and may cancel at any time directly through the Billing portal in your Chatofy dashboard, or by contacting our support team.

  • Halting Renewals: Cancelling your plan immediately halts all future automated billing cycles.
  • Continued Access: You will retain full access to your Chatofy account until the conclusion of your current, already-paid billing period.
  • No Proration: Cancelling midway through a billing cycle does not trigger a prorated refund for the remaining days.
  • Trial Conversions: To avoid being charged the initial subscription fee, you must initiate the cancellation prior to the expiration of your 7-day free trial.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

Whenever you modify your active subscription (upgrading or downgrading), the resulting prorated charges or credits will be clearly presented during the checkout flow. Please note that executing a downgrade does not generate a cash refund for payments already processed, nor does it yield a refund for any unused time on the higher tier.

6. Enforced Suspensions and Terminations

Zero-Tolerance Policy:

Chatofy reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service, Meta's WhatsApp Policies, or regional laws. Accounts terminated due to spam, fraud, abusive conduct, or policy violations will forfeit all remaining subscription time and are ineligible for any form of refund.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure

Chatofy's functionality relies heavily on external infrastructure, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta's servers, specialized hosting environments, and integrated payment gateways. We do not issue refunds for service degradations, platform outages, account restrictions, or policy shifts originating from these third-party services.

8. Statutory Consumer Rights

No clause within this document is intended to supersede or restrict mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by your local or national jurisdiction. Should local law legally compel a refund or charge reversal, Chatofy will fully comply with those legal obligations.
